full branding presentation

This fictional project was a test of my graphic, marketing, and branding skills. This was to be presented to the President of Matrix Residential and the owner of its parent company, Pollack Shores. I was tasked with naming this property in coastal South Carolina, creating a hand rendered site design, creating a logo, formulating a color scheme, creating marketing materials, slogans, and property signage. Each image is one page in my full presentation.
